All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. By placing an order with Lunaire Creations, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, and delivery address.

A 30% deposit is required upon placing your order. We accept various payment methods, including using your bank card via Square payments, and Eftpos within 3 days upon pickup. Our prices that are listed on our website and social media are a guide. Lunaire Creations reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice depending on the cake décor.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup may be eligible for a 10% refund, at Lunaire Creations; discretion. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

While we will try our best to accommodate changes to your order, such as flavour or design preferences, please understand that modifications may not be possible once production has commenced.

Lunaire Creations offers delivery services within Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, and Gold Coast area. Delivery fees apply and are calculated based on the distance travelled to and from our studio, the cost will be included in the total amount. We strive to deliver your order at the agreed-upon time; however, external factors such as traffic or weather conditions may affect delivery times. Lunaire Creations is not responsible for any delays beyond our control. Please ensure you are at the delivery address at the agreed time, as not being present will result in your cake being taken back to the studio for you to pick up.

If you opt to pick up your order, please ensure prompt arrival at the agreed-upon time. Lunaire Creations cannot guarantee the freshness or quality of your order if it is not collected promptly. Furthermore, an additional 10 fee will be charged for every 15 minutes. This does not apply to major family emergencies.
